Our Story
We made our humble beginning in 1998 by establishing a diagnostic centre in Kollam. It was established by Mr. K. Chandrakumar MSc. MLT, MSc(Medical Biochemistry), RIA along with his team Dr. K. Manoj Poul, Microbiologist, Dr. Sajesh Kumar Molecular biologist and Mrs. K.J. Seena Technologist.
In 2007, as a milestone in our time line, our lab was enhanced with new facilities and shifted to High School Junction, the heart of Kollam Town.
In 2018, Meditech Laboratory was further expanded with newly equipped central lab with futuristic facilities and fully automated machineries, transferring itself into a most competent referral lab in the area of auto immune diseases, endocrinology, and infertility and Cancer diagnostics.
Our new lab has various departments in Haematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Immunology, Microbiology, Endocrinology, toxicology clinical chemistry.We also We come a long way by adopting new technologies, installing innovative instruments, professing highly qualified technicians and experienced diagnostic experts and consultants.
With 20 years of trust and support by our valuable clients, we have become one of the leading diagnostic centres in Kerala. We are continuing our journey with new milestones and achievements in order to provide our patients and professionals, the outcome of latest technology and best quality procedures in a better way. Now we are an ISO Certified Clinical Laboratory in Kollam participating in both internal and external quality control programmes of BIOARAD USA, RANDOX UK and SERODOS Germany. Today, with over two decades of experience in the field, this laboratory has grown to incorporate the latest in diagnostic, supporting clinicians across the region with reliable reports for accurate diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
